Marketing / Social Media Assistant: Prominent Nashville based equipment and services provider seeks talented Marketing / Social Media Assistant. Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports. Duties: ? Implements marketing and advertising campaigns according to marketing strategies. ? Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. ? Manages programs and relationships with associations. ? Plans meetings, trade shows and charity events, by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. ? Processes invoices and monitors budgets according to marketing plans and forecasts. ? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications. ? Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to company goals.? Manages Social Media efforts.Skills/Qualifications: ?
